Hi friends, my apologies for my weekly post being so delayed. Don’t fret though because I have some really exciting stuff coming for you later this week. This post however is one that is close to my heart. Taking a mental health day, or week. Mental health is a taboo subject that is only just starting to lose its stigma. Anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder are just a few mental illnesses that have been rapidly increasing over the last few decades. Northern California has my heart for a multitude of reasons. Being originally from here I love to come out whenever I get the chance to visit with friends and family. This time however was a special occasion. My oldest sister was getting married to the love of her life and I could not be more ecstatic for the happy couple.
