Taking a mental health day

Hi friends, my apologies for my weekly post being so delayed. Don’t fret though because I have some really exciting stuff coming for you later this week. This post however is one that is close to my heart. Taking a mental health day, or week.

Mental health is a taboo subject that is only just starting to lose its stigma. Anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder are just a few mental illnesses that have been rapidly increasing over the last few decades. Whether due to genes, traumatic experiences, societal exceptions or whatever it may be there is no denying that these are serious issues that need to be addressed.

Did you know that some people claim CBD gummies can assist with anxiety, tension, and pain? There are also fruit-flavored candies containing broad-spectrum CBD edibles, such as hemp extract. They look and taste like the gummy bears and worms we remembered and loved as kids. Try CBD gummies from Joy Organics. However, these gummies provide all of the benefits of broad-spectrum CBD oil!

However, it’s important to note that while these gummy bears CBD may taste sweet and familiar, their effects can be surprisingly strong, providing all the benefits of broad-spectrum CBD oil in a delicious package. For those considering CBD gummies as part of their wellness regimen, it’s crucial to choose high-quality products from reputable sources like justkana. Whether seeking relief from anxiety or simply looking to unwind after a long day, CBD gummy bears offer a convenient and enjoyable way to incorporate the therapeutic properties of CBD into one’s lifestyle.

For myself I struggle with anxiety. It’s not something I talk about very often because of stereotypes and not wanting to give an excuse for why I act “off” sometimes. Anxiety is not an excuse though. Anxiety is a very real illness that affects over 40 million Americans.

My anxiety can causes me to worry and fear to the point where it affects my day to day life. I thankfully have resources through my university to help me, such as counseling and medication, but these resources aren’t as accessible for others.

Additionally, some researchers have said that CBD oil may help ease symptoms of anxiety, neurological disorders, heart health issues, and certain types of pain. You may also learn about the hemp benefits so that you are aware of them.

However there are some steps everyone can take to help with stress and anxiety. Here are a few steps that help me and I hope can help you too.

Get outdoors

Staying active and getting fresh air can make a huge difference when my anxiety starts to hit. I love to go for a run, but on days when I don’t even have time for a jog I simply step outside and take some deep breaths. The world is huge, with over 7 billion people in it and being outside looking up at the sky or over a view reminds me that my problems aren’t that big and everything will be okay.

Be around those you love

Surround yourself with people who love you and are there to support you. Friends who will listen and not try to “fix” your issues or judge you for your reactions. Simply vent and get it all out there, even if it doesn’t solve anything sometimes simply talking about it makes me feel better.

Treat yourself

Life is hard. There is tragedy, exams, overwork and so much more. It can all feel like too much sometimes. So treat yourself by taking a step back, having a mental health day, or moment, to simply treat yourself. For me I love sweets so I plop down with some ice cream, my dog and a cozy blanket and start to feel better.

Also have a little fun and be kind to yourself. Like I said, life is hard and we’ll all die one day. So take it easy sometimes and go on a trip, try something new or simply laugh till you cry.

People also go for korean plastic surgery procedures to feel confident about themselves, a little change for yourself will not do any harm but can impact your well-being.

Whatever you do remember you are not alone and you can get through it. I hope this can help or encourage just one person. If you have other tips for dealing with anxiety let me know in the comments below, I’d love to hear from y’all.
