Spring fashion inspiration

Welcome spring florals, pastels and festival vibes

Spring is finally here in North Carolina and I am so excited to bust out my strapless tops, floral dresses and shop for some new looks this season. What I’ve been seeing all over my feed lately is festival inspiration brought into everyday looks. I’ll be linking some looks I love and where to get them from, as well as showing you my favorite look I purchased recently!

The Look

This look is an all time favorite right now! Purchased from Bevello, I found some gorgeous lavender/ lilac flowy plants and an embroidered white crop top. The details make this outfit. The top gave me festival vibes with the embroidered flowers, fun straps and waist length. It also went perfectly with these pants, which best part of all, have pockets. Lavender is both one of my favorite colors and smells, and whenever I wear this color I instantly feel happier and calmer. The pants can be paired with fun crop tops like this one, but also could double as business casual if paired with a nice blouse and blazer. My heels in this picture are about a year old but are one of my favorite styles as well. A chunky block heel with a strappy front is both comfortable and fashionable. Here are some similar ones!

These photos were taken in a gorgeous little coffee shop on Franklin st. Chapel Hill called Perennial. If you are in the area then it is a must visit cafe! Also photos taken by Alexa Gregory.

What to look for this season

The trend I am in love with this spring are high waisted flowy pants. I love the light coverage of the legs paired with a crop top and cute wedges or heels. To shop, I love to look at Bevello, Forever21, Lulu’s, Oohlaluxe, Asos, and Tobi. All these stores are reasonably priced and have great selections for the new season. This season there is also a lot of graphic tees paired with highwaisted shorts or mini skirts giving you a classic festival vibe that isn’t too out there to wear everyday.

I’m sharing some of my favorite looks below as well as some of the bloggers I get fashion inspiration from, if you need some more inspiration, check this briefcases from fashionallure.com. Hope y’all enjoyed my picks and would love to hear what you’re looking forward to this spring!
